Sacramental Programs for Children

Dear Parents,

Holy Name of Mary Parish is pleased to offer parish-based programs for children who wish to receive the Sacraments of First Confession (Reconciliation) and First Holy Communion (Eucharist); and we also offer a separate program for the Sacrament of Confirmation.

To make this important process easier for your busy families, our programs are administered primarily during Sunday Mass. Weekly Mass attendance and the associated participation are the essential steps required to fruitfully prepare to receive these Sacraments. This means that we try to avoid programming during the weekdays as much as possible, in order to respect your busy schedules.

For your child age 7+ as of December 2026, more information can be found below on the Sacraments of First Confession and First Holy Communion.

If you attended the information seminars for First Communion or Reconciliation or Confirmation on September 20, 2026, and wish to register your child, please click on the appropriate link below.
