Welcome Karen! Our New Administrative Assistant!

Say “Hi” to Karen Bradley, the new Administrative Assistant at Holy Name of Mary Parish. Karen was born in Ottawa and lived there all her life. She  recently moved to “the beautiful town of Almonte” in 2022. The move came upon retirement, after 26 years with an investment firm in downtown Ottawa, as an Investment Advisor Assistant. In total, Karen worked for about 35 years in the finance sector. She has two adult children, both recently married. Best of all, Karen is a parishioner at Holy Name of Mary Parish and is eager to meet and connect new and existing parishioners to the life and activities of our eucharistic family!   You can reach Karen at the Parish Office, 613-256-1034 or by email at office@hnomalmonte.ca.

Thank you, Susan Martin!

After 25 years as our Administrative Assistant, Susan Martin has decided to retire!  Since 1999 Susan has been the warm, smiling face of Holy Name of Mary Parish. Susan has seen some big changes in those years: not only within her family and parish friends, but also  working with 6 pastors, numerous interim parochial administrators, several visiting priests and a series of school principals! It is certainly true to say that over the years Susan has been the “corporate memory” and wisdom-keeper of Holy Name. Many will attest to Susan being the key link between parishioners, priests, various committees and councils.

Thank you. Susan, for your dedicated and caring time as our Administrative Assistant.
